Polara APS Training 2026 — Edmonton
Tacel and Synapse ITS will host a hands-on Polara Accessible Pedestrian Signal training session at the City of Edmonton Traffic Field Operations facility.
Tacel and Synapse ITS will be in Edmonton, Alberta on September 23, 2026 for a hands-on technical training session focused on Polara Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS) systems.
The approximately four-hour session will combine technical instruction with practical, hands-on training across five workstations, accommodating up to 15 participants.
Topics will include Polara APS hardware, button mounting, field wiring, PBS systems, wireless pedestrian systems, iCCU-S2 and iCCU-C2 systems, system configuration, special functions, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Participants will also have the opportunity to work directly with APS equipment and gain practical experience setting up and maintaining Polara systems.
